The family loves the food. For a chili place they make great burgers

The server stated to me that it was a corporate-ran location and the menu is always changing. This is the location in hillsboro Ohio. I've been going to gold star chili for almost 20 years at various locations. This past time at Hillsboro is first time I've ever been told that I couldn't get what I always get.

On a food safety note, though, the man that was working the steam table had a really long, white-colored pony tail. He was not wearing a hair net. The hair was just bouncing all over the place. Also, I had to get my drink switched due to the pre-mix and carbonated water was off.

This service a this location used to be better back before 2002. Ever since it git relocated across from Walmart they, in my opinion, have fallen below the mark. Absolutely shocking when that server told me that franchise store is better than a corporate ran location.
