Staff is excellent!! Sadly, I'm lowering my rating. Recently the Precor gym equipment (that needed upholstery work) was swapped out for a cheaper brand, Cybex. It's rusty, shows lots rewelded joints and is flimsy, unlike the heavy powder coated Precor equioment. Cybex is around Walmart quality. Takes a while to get it set up each time you use it. Our steel dumbells were traded for some rubber coated ones that are twice the size. Whoever made this call obviously doesnt care about the members here in Hillsboro.
